Webroot Desktop Firewall

The Webroot desktop firewall plays a major role as desktop security for your PC. Here we clearly show how to configure that in a simple procedure given below.

  • Click on the Webroot icon on your desktop to open the Webroot SecureAnywhere software.
  • On the right side of the app, if you see the real-time protection enabled and slider lit green, it means the security is enabled.
  • You will see Firewall as the third option, check to see if it is enabled or disabled.
  • Run the program called the CTI Navigator or the CTIUpdateManager.
  • The Webroot firewall will normally ask for permission for the program to access the internet. Follow the few steps as given below:
  • Click the checkbox that reads always ask me about the program to disable.
  • Check for the Allow Access and click the OK button.
